The state of Pahang Darul Makmur is the largest state in the Peninsular Malaysia bordering the State of Kelantan in the north, Perak, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan in the west, the State of Johor in the south and the State of Terengganu and the Southern China Sea in the east. Kuantan is a city and the state capital of Pahang, Malaysia. It is located near the mouth of the Kuantan River and is the 18th largest city in Malaysia and the largest city on the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia.
